Senior HR Business Partner
8 Months + Contract
We are currently seeking an experienced HR Business partner with significant, demonstrable experience working in the public sector. Your key skills for the role will be employee relations, trade union experience and org change experience alongside the usual relationship, influence & credibility. You will have 5 direct reports.
The ideal potholder will have a proven record of success in leading teams of professional HR and Employee Engagement specialists to deliver organisational objectives. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal credibly with our customers, senior managers and executives whilst being challenging, professional and commercially focused.
- Public sector HR experience
- Expert knowledge and understanding of employment law
- Identify significant and complex people risk and mitigate
