New Opportunity for Senior Customer Access Officer
35 hours/week

Looking for someone who is passionate about delivering a first-class service experience to customers. You will be working as part of a team providing a high quality housing advice and support service to those in housing need. you will be the first point of contact for most customers. The service works with homeless people to help prevent their homelessness. Managing the Housing Inclusion Service reception and monitoring the day to day workload of the Customers Service Officers and priorities your own workload. You will be expected to maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of housing options, private sector options and advice, choice based lettings and of related services that are available for customers.

Knowledge of Housing legislation
Experience with homeless prevention
Experience working in an Administration and Customer Service role
Current DBS
Experience of writing and producing high quality written notes
ICT literate
