- Support the delivery of the onboarding process to ensure staff are integrated effectively into the business.

- Supporting the management and delivery of Graduate and Apprenticeship recruitment campaigns.
- Increasing the talent attraction capabilities.
- Benchmarking salaries and campaign management.
- Social media and resourcing marketing.
- Previous experience of using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Psychometric Testing Levels A & B.
- Level 4 Diploma in Recruitment Leadership or equivalent qualification or experience.
