Full Time Contract
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a PA based in Oxfordshire. This role is a initially a temporary contract working full time hours. This role is predominantly working from home but as restrictions with Covid-19 are lifted, there will be an expectation to come into office. For this reason we are only considering candidates within a commutable distance.
You will be working as a Personal Assistant to Heads of Service; specifically in the Growth and Economy team. You will be required to provide a full administrative service to Heads of Service, ensuring that relevant support is available at all times, and proactively support the Heads of Service in their duties.
You will screen correspondence, ensuring contact is correctly prioritised as appropriate, tracking and chasing responses to ensure all matters are dealt with urgently and efficiently. You will manage diaries and arrange and draft agendas for meetings, and be responsible for taking minutes and preparing papers for meetings. You will be required as a professional first point of contact for staff, visitors, and the public, ensuring excellent levels of service at all times.
We are looking for a candidate who has experience in a PA role at this level previously. We also are looking for a candidate with excellent minute taking skills, fantastic communication skills both oral and written. We are also looking for a candidate who can handle sensitive information in a confident, professional and tactful manner.
