Novax Recruitment is actively seeking an Office Administrator based in Slough. This is a temporary role working full time hours. The client does not offer remote working and the role is fully office based at the clients office in Slough.

In this role you will be required to undertake and manage business support duties on behalf of the Cemetery & Crematorium service including but not limited to booking of cremation and burial services, processing of statutory paperwork and payments, filing and data entry, responding to enquiries from funeral directors and members of public, ordering of supplies and equipment, and sales of memorials.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong administration or reception background. You must have a strong eye for details and fantastic communication skills. The role may require dealings with sensitive information so we are looking for a candidate with great empathy and customer service skills.
