Full Time Contract
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking an Administrator based in Horsham. This is a temporary position working full time hours. This role will be a hybrid of working remotely and in the office, including training in office initially for the first 4 weeks. For this reason we are considering candidates from a commutable distance.
You will be part of the clients' MASH, which is their Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub. You will be part of a multi-agency team with responsibility for gathering information to inform decisions about thresholds into Children's Social Care or signposting to other relevant services and ensuring that practice is compliant with statutory responsibilities. As an Administrator within the MASH, your role will primarily focus on recording highly sensitive and confidential data on the designated databases and collating key information relating to Children's Social Care and our partner agencies.
You will be responsible for ensuring tasks are passed to the correct teams and that information is shared with appropriate professionals as directed by your Social Worker colleagues. The Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) brings together Children's Social Care, Early Help and a multi-disciplinary team to provide an effective way to manage referrals in West Sussex. As the first point of contact with children and families, the MASH can influence their entire journeys.
Experience of working in an administrative role is essential. Experience in safeguarding or child or adults services would also be preferred. We are looking for a candidate with strong communication and IT skills.
