Intelligence & Performance Manager - (SEND)

We are seeking an Intelligence & Performance Manager with significant experience working within social care supporting SEND services. You will Lead on service review and improvement projects challenging and supporting services to improve outcomes for children services based on the best possible evidence. This Role will involve preparing and drawing on a range of qualitative and quantitative evidence to support service improvement activity, directly presenting it to service stakeholders and providing constructive challenge as appropriate.
You will have significant experience of using a range of Microsoft tools including Sharepoint lists, PowerBI, PowerAutomate.
- An expert understanding of the national and local context for and operations of children's services, including education, children's social care, and safeguarding.
- An expert understanding of statutory, policy and regulatory frameworks with regard to children's services.
- Advanced analytical and numerical skills and a demonstrable ability to work with complex datasets.
- Experience of managing performance management, intelligence and data quality arrangements and operations in a high performing team.
