HR Business Partner - Project

We are seeking an experienced Human resources business partner with significant experience in employee relations and change management who can provide advice, guidance and support on a number of organisational reviews/TUPE transfers and HR & OD projects.
You will work closely with a HR team to ensure that changes are carried out within project timeframe as well as managing resultant people-related activities.
You will provide advice and support and work with the business to implement changes whilst minimising risk to the business by proactively engage with relevant key stakeholders.
- CIPD or equivalent, or significant demonstrable experience within HR and employee relations
- Direct experience of implementing and supporting restructures/redundancy programmes/TUPE transfers and change programmes
- Knowledge of UK employment legislation
