HR & Payroll Administrator
Hertford
£12 per hour
Full Time Contract

We are seeking a HR & Payroll Administrator to support the HR Officers with various administration tasks.

Main Responsibilities include:-

  • To respond to routine internal and external HR queries.
  • Training and development administration.
  • To administrate recruitment and selection processes.
  • To write and action employment contracts and other HR correspondence.
  • Assist HR Officers to draft reports.
  • Work to the tight timescales for Human Resources and Payroll input.


Key Skills and Requirements include:-

  • ICT skills, including word processing, spreadsheets and database applications, data input, monitoring and analysis.
  • Essential to be able to manage own workload, prioritise and work to strict statutory deadlines.
  • Knowledge of employment law.
  • Experience of using Microsoft office.
  • Experience of general HR administration work across most areas of HR activity.
  • An understanding of equality and diversity issues.
