Full Time Contract
We are seeking a Human Resources Advisor to deliver comprehensive HR generalist advice and support to managers and employees, and timely and proactive management of employee relations casework, escalating more complex issues to senior colleagues or specialist teams as appropriate. The role involves supporting HR Senior Business Partners and HR Business Partners with the day-today operational delivery of People Plans and activities, as defined and led by specialist HR teams and senior colleagues.
Key Skills and Requirements include:-
- Demonstrable evidence of having researched and resolved issues and contributed to HR policies and/or procedures reviews.
- Working towards Level 5 in CIPD or equivalent qualification or experience.
- Experience of providing comprehensive HR generalist advice and support to managers on HR policies, practices and processes to managers and responding to employee enquiries.
