Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a HR Administrator (Recruitment). The role is for a client based in the Gloucestershire region, but they can offer remote working, and equipment can be provided. This is a temporary contract with scope for extension, working full time hours.

You will be working within the Children's Services Department, within part of the recruitment team. Your main responsibilities will include:
-Check CV and applications to Children's Services role as suitable - reject those that do not meet the criteria and send those that do onto the hiring manage.
-Arrange Interviews for both perm and agency staff via teams.
-Send offer letters and agree start dates
-Take candidates through pre-employment checks - ensuring candidates are able to start as quickly as possible.
-Request DBS checks when required
-Request medical checks
-Send and chase references.
-Keep in contact with candidates so they are ready for their first day

We are looking for a candidate who has a strong HR/recruitment/administration background. Understanding of the structure or principals of children's social services would be beneficial but you will be trained to understand the core teams and how they operate. You will be required to multi-task and must have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to work. Excel experience would also be beneficial.
