Full Time Contract
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a HR Administrator. This role is for a client based in Swindon, and the client can offer hybrid or remote working. The role is a temporary position, contracted full time hours. The client is flexible around working hours.
We are looking for an experienced Administrator, ideally with recruitment or HR experience, to join the Recruitment Team for an initial period of 3 months. The role will assist in the end to end recruitment process and management of agency workers using in house systems. This will including placing advertisements , answering recruitment queries from 3rd party agencies and managers, assisting with interview arrangements and offers. This is a busy role in a fast paced environment.
- Experienced administrator
- Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook , Excel
- Experience of using in house recruitment systems is preferred
- Good communicator and able to build and develop relationships with internal and external customers
- Knows how to deliver service excellence, handle and resolve complaints and deal with difficult customers
- Work constructively as a team, understanding the roles and responsibilities and willingness to support others
