Full Time Contract
We are seeking a Homeownership Officer to provide and effective and efficient management service to Leasehold properties ensuring that the Legislative and Council requirements are achieved. The role involves taking a lead on all aspects of Leasehold management for a specific area, maximising income from mortgage companies, Leaseholder charges and undertake income recovery action, including attending court. Home visits and travel throughout Redbridge is required.
Key Skills and Requirements include:-
- Experience managing leasehold properties, with a good understanding of leasehold legislation.
- Experience working in a performance management environment and experienced in the development and meeting of personal and team performance targets.
- Experience in a customer facing role, ideally in a social housing field.
