New Opportunity for Customer Service (Team Leader)

Looking for an experienced Team Leader to mange a team of contact tracers and work along side the current team. You will take responsibility for developing and motivating the team, managing their day-to-day performance to deliver high commitment, high performance customer services standards. Act as duty manager for the customer service centre taking responsibility for opening and closing the centre, cashing up and responding to any unexpected and unplanned incidents.
- NVQ level 4 Customer Services qualification or equivalent
- Customer service experience in a team leader/supervisor role
- Recruitment, training and performance management of customer service advisors
- Managing escalated enquiries Experience using "contact centre" telephony systems or equivalent
