Customer Services Assistant
Rotherham
£9 per hour
Full Time Contract

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Customer Services Assistant based in Rotherham. This is a temporary role working full time hours. Whilst the role is primarily remote, the client will be conducting training in their office in Rotherham. For this reason we are only considering candidates within a commutable distance.

We are looking for a candidate who will work within the clients customer services team, delivering an efficient, effective and high quality service in a fast paced, multi-channel environment.

You will be required to:

  • Deal with customer enquires, gathering relevant information
  • Take payments for services
  • Deliver a high level of customer service, ensuring all customers needs are met to a high standard
  • Carry out clerical and administrative duties, such as filing, maintaining databases and records, arranging diaries and meetings
  • Manage a variety of incoming channels


We are looking for a candidate with a very strong call handling and customer services background, as well as a good administration background.
