Customer Services Advisor
Macclesfield
Full Time Contract
£9 per hour

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Customer Services Advisor based in Macclesfield. This is a temporary position working full time hours. The client is looking for multiple people for this role.

The roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Undertake by telephone an interview of COVID-19 cases, this will include identifying all contacts, movements and activities during a defined period from the onset of their symptoms/test date.
* It will also be necessary to provide public health advice, guidance and support (where appropriate or needed).
* Working to Public Health England (PHE) protocols, processes and guidance will be essential.
* Manage complex contacts/calls
* Escalate and refer challenging or complex cases or incidents and outbreaks of COVID-19 to the Team Leader.
* Cases are allocated by the Team Leader on a daily basis, and you will be required to contact all cases, obtain the contact information where possible, complete information on the National CTAS/ITS system and feedback outcomes to the Team Leader.
* Be prepared to take phone calls on the contact trace telephone line, for cases where messages have been left from cases previously contacted

We are looking for candidates with call handling/contact centre experience. We would ideally like someone who has worked in a Covid role as well.
