Customer Service Admin Assistant

Full Time Contract

Novax recruitment is actively seeking a Customer Service Admin Assistant based in Maidstone. This position is a temporary position contracted for a period of 6 months initially. The position is working full time hours. The placement does not offer remote working and is based at the clients office in Park Wood.

You will be required to deal with customer's complaints or requests for information and to undertake the administration of the waste and street scene services. You will also assist your team with their routine tasks and operations within the department. You will reply to customers' letters, emails and calls regarding issues for the department, and cover administration tasks too.

You must have experience working within customer services or administration, and at least 5 GCSE level (or equivalent) grades C or above, including English and Mathematics. Experience and knowledge of IT is essential, specifically Microsoft Office.
