Full Time Contract
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Customer Advisor based in Gainsborough. This role is a temporary position with scope for rolling extension, contracted full time working hours.
The role will accommodate remote working, but there will be a requirement so for this reason we will only consider applications within commutable distance. You will be asked to work on a rota basis which may include weekend work.
Your role will include answers customer calls and queries, applying your knowledge of the business in assisting customers. Full training will be provided. You will be required to provide answers to all enquiries, and ensure all internal systems are updated correctly.
We are looking for a candidate with experience of working in a busy customer focused office environment dealing with enquiries via the phone and face to face. Good call handling and communication skills are also a must have. You will also require a standard DBS check for this position.
