Full Time Contract

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Client Finance Team Administrator based in the Wirral. This is a temporary position contracted full time hours. Initially this role will be remote but there is an expectation the client will be returning to office, so we are only considering applications from a commutable distance.

The Client Finance Team manages the financial affairs of adults who lack capacity to manage their finances. A review of processes and procedures has taken place and we are looking for task-based support in key areas. We are looking for someone with the following skill sets:
- Experience in financial management accounting.
- Experience / ability to check and reconcile bank accounts.
- Ability to investigate financial transactions.
- Experience in completing documentation to financial institutions and/or other agencies for example the Department of Work and Pension.
- Proficient use of IT including excel
- Experience of working as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to achieve positive results.
- An understanding of GDPR and confidentiality
