Business Support Officer
£9 per hour
Full Time Contract
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Business Support Officer based in Liverpool. This is a temporary position working 35 hours per week; 2 days in the office and 3 days home working.
You will be situated in our clients Adults and Health division. Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining and update electronic records and relevant systems accurately
- Working with internal and external customers, including police, coroners, care home staff and the general public
- Process SAP orders and deal with invoicing
- General administrative and clerical duties, including mailbox, minute taking, data entry, and ad hoc reporting.
Essential knowledge and experience required:
- Knowledge of SAP or or other financial databases
- Experience of minute taking and meeting planning
- Ability to process financial data to a high standard
- Experience of working in a busy, confidential office environment in a support role
- Accurate data inputting skills
