HR Business Assistant
£17 per hour
Full Time Contract
We are seeking a HR Business Assistant to join the People and Talent Division and assist in the provision of human resource services, comprising employee relations and recruitment/redeployment. The role involves advising on employment matters including employment law, policy implementation, disciplinary and grievance handling, sickness management and dispute resolution. Also, delivering end-to-end recruitment and redeployment support and ensuring service level agreements are met and that relevant employment policies, procedures and legislation are adhered to.
Key Skills and Requirements include:-
- Experience of writing job descriptions, supporting assessment centres and the vetting and barring processes.
- Knowledge of relevant employment legislation and its practical application to local and national terms and conditions of employment.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload in a timely manner and in accordance with agreed service level agreements.
- Experience of successfully working with and meeting key performance indicators and service level agreements and dealing with non-routine situations and differing operational priorities.
