Administrator - Facilities Management
Contract 2-3 Months
We are actively seeking an Administrator with significant office experience delivering a high level of administrative and technical support. You will provide senior management and team leaders with administrative assistance in dealing with the collection, collation and preparation of information and data.
This role will involve helping in progressing enquiries and arranging meetings, exhibitions and staff consultation exercises and you will be expected to cover other technical duties and responsibilities.
- Cover any other technical duties and responsibilities
- Resolve queries and discrepancies associated with orders and invoices.
- Prepare financial budget monitoring information
- Arrange meetings, events and seminars
