Full Time Contract
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking an Administrator based in Worthing. This is a temporary assignment, due to last for a period of 12 months. The role will be a hybrid method of working, with candidates expected to come into the clients office in Worthing one day a week.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
controlling documentation and the statistical/management of information
creating electronic reports from notes or information provided by the team and documented reports
organisation of straightforward events/courses.
Support the day to day work of the team and clients
arranging meetings, booking resources, taking minutes
managing e-mails, maintaining and updating electronic diaries,
faxing and photocopying, proof reading
Administer events, including booking of resources, collation and distribution of papers
We are looking for a candidate with a strong administration background, specifically within the public sector. Working within training/learning and development would also be beneficial. Organisational skill and strong IT skills are necessary.
