Full Time Contract
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking an Administrator based in Worcester. This is a temporary assignment, working full time hours.
You will be situated within a public health health department of the client, and provide effective administrative support to the team. You will respond to contact via telephone, e-mail, internet or face-to-face enquiries, ensuring all queries are resolved or re-directed as appropriate. You will also take on general clerical tasks such as manual and electronic filing, record keeping, data entry, telephone procedures and ad-hoc reporting.
We are looking for a candidate with strong administrative experience or customer services experience, preferably in a public health background as well. Strong IT skills are essential, such as Microsoft Office.
