Full Time Contract
Novax recruitment is actively seeking an Administrator in Greenwich. This is initially a temporary 6 month position with scope for extension.
You will be working within the finance department of our client, providing administrative support within a busy technical facility. You will be required to to update databases, conduct research analysis and reporting tasks alongside administrative duties. You will need the ability to use a range of IT packages, including the Microsoft Office programme amongst in house software, and maintain effective administrative systems and procedures.
You will also be required to accurately maintain, input and monitor data and assist in the collation of relevant information. You will be a first point of contact for the department, including members of the general public, contractors, colleagues and stakeholders.
We are looking for a candidate with experience working administration in a technical or financial setting, within a large organisation or public sector role. We are looking for a candidate with at least grade C and above in English Language and Maths GCSE, and the ability to communicate well both verbally and written.
