Admin Team Manager
Greenwich/Woolwich
£14+ per hour
Full Time Contract

Novax recruitment is actively seeking an Admin Team Manager based in Woolwich. This role is a temporary position working full time hours.

The main roles and responsibilities are as follows:

To undertake minutes of meetings to a high level of standards this may include sending invites and distribution of any documentations.
To manage and supervise Quality Improvement Apprentices, allocate work, set standards and targets, and to monitor work performance. To be responsible for staff development, recruitment and selection, induction, staff sickness, absence, and supervision, in accordance with policies and good practice guidance within designated service area.
To lead on the tracking of data and collecting, collating, scrutinising, interpreting and producing outputs and be responsible for implementing follow up actions and distributing information.
To prepare, analyse and provide detailed and complex reports and management and performance information as required.
To collate data in regards to Key Performance Indicators, interventions and outcomes to inform team / unit performance and support targeted commissioning and work closely with the Performance Team to identify and resolve gaps and anomalies in system data.
We need a person who has excellent organisation skills is able to prioritise and work under extremely high pressure.

We are looking for a candidate with management experience, preferably in a local authority environment. We are also wanting a candidate with a high level of experience and skills in IT, most specifically with Excel. Also, a candidate who can minute take to a high standard is essential.
