Full Time Contract
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking an Admin Officer based around Tower Hamlets. This is on a temporary basis, contracted full time hours.
You will be required to provide applicants to the housing register with pragmatic advice about all available housing options, as well as provide a full range of administrative support to the whole of the Lettings Section, including raising purchase orders, payment of invoices, and setting up and maintaining data basis.
We are looking for someone how can provide an initial point of contact for all customer and other enquiries and maintain a duty service to allow applicants to discuss their housing options, to support those who need help completing lettings forms, and to offer advice on statutory and Council policy obligations, as well as register new applications within agreed deadlines, and to ensure applications remain up to date.
Experience in administration and housing is essential. You will also require a basic DBS for this position. Experience using Northgate and Comino is also desired.
